Dr. SAM provides some valuable points about the importance of each and how they all are necessary for optimal health. Learning to move correctly is the first step. Once this is achieved, then exercising is much easier as one is less injury prone. Without being fit, one cannot be healthy. Therefore, investing time each day exercising is important.
